Health Check Center

Our services are provided for general public without abnormal physical condition or with minimal physical condition.

Our services are provided by professional medicine workers to diagnose the disease and to find out causes of the disease,

that can lead to proper management of health protection and health promotion,

including to services of vaccination for specific and seasonal disease prevention. By the way,

an important key to diagnose your disease is your co-operation in self-observing and honorably information giving from you.

Steps to receive our health check services
1. Make an appointment Tel._______ every day since 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
2. Contact our reception counter using your original ID card (the copy cannot be used) for register and generate your medicine record
3. Blood collection, chest radiography and eyes examination
4. Physical examination by physician and be notified your result of examination also instruction of management appropriated to your health condition
5. Pay for services at the finance counter

Instructions before health check

1. Neither food nor drink is permitted (excepted drinking water) since 8:00 pm before health check

2.Stool and urine specimens should be collected by the day of health check.

5-10 days after menstrual period is a proper time to collect female urine specimen.

3. Show your previous medical record for the best of diagnosis

4. If you have your current medicines, should have them after blood and urine collection.
